Cash Flow Statement
How To Complete Your Cash Flow Statement
« Previous5/5
As you complete your statement, bear in mind that a cash flow statement is NOT a budget. A budget will help you decide where you want your money to go in the future. A cash flow statement helps you figure out where your money comes from and where it goes now. If you would like more information about budgets, or to complete one, read: Budgeting.
Also bear in mind that it is not necessary to keep track of, and record, every penny you spend. Depending on your circumstances, work in hundreds, or thousands.
We help you estimate your expenses by giving you the option of entering your expenditures on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. Use whichever column is easiest for you for each expense.
For expenses you pay in cash every week, the weekly column might work best.
As with any of our calculators, you can save your work to your Individual Home Page and/or print your work at any time. Click here to link to the Cash Flow chart.
